Fei Yue’s Online Counselling Service: Fei Yue Family Service Centre is a not-for-profit voluntary welfare organisation with a mission to effect life transformation through the provision of quality social services. The organisation provides a range of services, including online counselling, youth support and support for seniors. Fei Yue Service Center offers counselling via online chat messaging during the Circuit Breaker.

Institute of Mental Health offers a comprehensive range of psychiatric, rehabilitative and counselling services for children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. The Institute of Mental Health operates a 24-hour emergency mental helpline and in case of a mental health crisis, please call 6389-2222.

Samaritans of Singapore: Samaritans of Singapore is dedicated to providing confidential emotional support to individuals facing a crisis, thinking about or affected by suicide. Amongst different mental health support services they have a 24-hour hotline that provides emotional support for those in distress.This service is manned by trained volunteers. Please call 1800-221-4444.

Silver Ribbon Singapore: Silver Ribbon works to eradicate stigma around mental illness and to help people with mental illness integrate in society. They operate a Crisis Resolution Team that acts a first point of contact when experiencing mental health issues. Please call 6385-3714, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Contentment Foundation: The Contentment Foundation provides scientifically-evidenced, philosophically-grounded practices that promote safe, loving, and healthy school climates. Marital and parental issues

The Community Psychology Hub (CPH) provides psychological and research services in collaboration to care for persons with vulnerabilities alongside their families in the community. Amongst other services, CPH Online Counseling provides online counseling for individuals facing marital or divorce difficulties. CPH offers online counseling through live web chats and email counseling for Singaporeans and residents of Singapore who are above 18 years old. The live chat counseling services are available from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, excluding public holidays. Alternatively, you can choose email counseling and write to us anytime at your own convenience.
